Take 5-10 g kwath powder in 400 ml water and boil it till 100ml mixture left, then filter it and let it cool.Drink this empty stomach in morning 1/2-1 hour before breakfast and repeat this method in evening and drink it 1/2-1 hour before meal or as directed by the physician.
